To access Forscene Support Chat within Forscene, simply click on the Chat icon and select the ‘Support’ tab.

The Support Chat service is monitored within UK working hours and hourly during after-hours.

Use Email for non-time-critical requirements such as simple issue tracking, ingest and publish setup that do not require immediate attention.

To help us solve your query, please use a subject line with the production name and description of the issue.

Out-of-Hours Support

From Monday to Friday, our 1st line support team monitor the Forscene chat and
forscene@bridgedigitalinc.com emails hourly between 17:30 and 09.00 GMT. On weekends and bank holidays, this operation runs 24 hours a day.

If you communicate directly with a support team member or a member of our 2nd line engineering staff, please always include support@forscene.net to ensure the full team is aware of the discussions. Should a chat or email not be dealt with within the expected timeframe or fall outside the standard hours, please use the telephone support number directed to the Forscene 1st line representative on call.
